We closed 3 escrows in the last two weeks which show escrow and title services are still operational. We also just opened an escrow this morning and that home had 3 competing offers, showing the buyer demand is still out there. We feel that as soon as we get some positive news that we have turned the corner, we will see an influx of pent up buyers ready to go after the limited inventory and get the housing market back on track.
